What is the processing time?
Your customized planner will normally ship in 3-6 business days. During the busy season October-December, please allow up to 12 business days to ship. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. Please note that this is the processing time only and does not include the shipping time. **Please check the planner page for the current, updated shipping times.

How much is shipping?
US and Puerto Rico shipping is $11 flat rate. Planners are shipped priority and should arrive within 2-3 days of being shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.
Canada shipping is $17 flat rate and will arrive in 1-3+ weeks.
All other countries is $25 flat rate and will arrive in 1-3+ weeks.
Please note only 1 planner per order for all international orders.

Can I pick up my order?
Pickup is not available at this time.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the customization of our products, all sales are final. If your planner is defective you may return it for a refund within 15 days of delivery. Planner must be returned in it’s new condition with the original packaging for a refund to take place. Refunds are processed in the same form of payment.
Subscription kits: due to the nature of the subscriptions, all kits are non-refundable.
