The number one question I always get, is why planners? Why not?! I have always loved stationery. I can remember so early on drawing, writing, creating, crafting, with any scrap materials I could find. I was the “creative girl” and everyone knew it. I started a school newspaper in fourth grade, designed flyers and t-shirts for school organizations, and I painted my room 100x, at one point it was colorful polka dots (they were terrible!). I bought my first real planner as a freshman in college and soon after that all my friends around me were planning too! I fell in love with the planner community and the diversity amongst it which was so important to me. Coming from a biracial family, it’s always been a weird conversation about finding where I fit in. I’ve always struggled with my identity, but in the planning community none of that mattered. No one cares about your race, gender, age, background, where you live or come from. Planning became an easy way to help me set goals, be productive, and really just slow down. I decided to start a stationery business to merge my love for planning and my love for all things art and creativity. I still hadn’t found my planner peace, I wanted something with amazing quality that would hold up the whole year but also unique and colorful that didn’t need all the extra stickers and things to be cute. I had a vision that my planners would be for all women. That they would help them feel motivated, inspired, and like the badass that they are. Consistently using planners can be hard, which is why it was so important that every month have its own colors and art; a planner you would never get tired of using because there is always something new to look at. Seriously though, no two pages are the same. I knew that I wanted my planners to be locally made, small business is everything. I print locally and I hand bind everything myself to make sure it’s done right for you. In my garage actually. They are made with attention and care, and of course love.

Other things to note: obviously I love color, that’s a given lol! I love makeup, I worked at Sephora through college which was definitely an experience. My degree is in Public Health, totally unrelated but whatever. I love to travel. Anywhere, anytime, let’s go! It brings me so much joy to visit other countries and experience their way of life and culture. Many of the art in my planner is actually inspired from the places i’ve been. In addition to the planner business, I am a photographer full-time. In which I specialize exclusively in high school teens and seniors as well as women through boudoir. My job with these young girls and women is my fellowship. I love working with them and helping them find beauty and confidence in themselves, it is my favorite thing in life. I have 2 beautiful nieces, they really do grow fast. I come from a large extended family who have taught me so much about acceptance, growth and hard work.
